The information on Greedbegone NOVA and the tools we provide are offered in good faith to help you build and run your website. Please read this along with our Terms of Service.
1. Sample designs and content
Design previews use fictional businesses, names, photos, prices, reviews and numbers to show how a site could look. They're examples, not real businesses or endorsements. Starter text added to new sites is a placeholder for you to replace with your own accurate information.
2. Accessibility
The accessibility toolbar lets visitors adjust how your site looks and reads (text size, contrast, reading aids, read aloud and more). It helps many people, but it does not by itself make a website compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) or similar laws. Accessibility also depends on your content: clear headings, descriptive alt text on images, readable color contrast, captions on videos and accessible documents. We don't guarantee that any site meets a particular legal standard.
3. No professional advice
Tips, emails, guides and suggested wording are general information, not legal, tax, financial, accessibility, real estate or other professional advice. For decisions that matter to your business, talk to a qualified professional.
4. Results
We can't promise any particular outcome from your website, such as search engine rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, donations or sales. Those depend on many things outside our control.
5. Your content and listings
Site owners are responsible for what they publish, including menus, prices, property listings, opening hours, reviews and claims about their services. Greedbegone NOVA doesn't check that information and isn't responsible for it. If you see something on a site hosted with us that you believe is unlawful, tell us at matt@greedbegone.com.
6. Third-party services and links
Greedbegone NOVA works with other companies' services (such as Stripe, Unsplash, Google Fonts, YouTube, Vimeo, domain registrars and analytics or chat tools you add). We aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and links to other websites aren't endorsements.
7. Stock photos
Suggested photos come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License. People and places in them aren't connected to your business and don't endorse it.
8. Partner program
Commission examples are illustrations, not promises of earnings. What a partner earns depends on referrals that sign up and pay.
9. Errors
We try to keep everything on Greedbegone NOVA accurate and up to date, but mistakes happen. We may correct errors, including in prices, at any time.
